Goat chews up currency notes worth Rs 62K in UP!

Kannauj: In a weird kind of incident, a goat in Uttar Pradesh’ Kannauj district chewed down currency notes worth Rs 66,000 thousand of his owner which he had kept for construction of his house.

The incident came into limelight after shocked owner of the pet Sarvesh Kumar Pal realised that his goat chewed up currency notes worth Rs 62,000 kept in the pocket of his trouser while he had gone to take bath.

 

 

The incident occurred from Uttar Pradesh’s Siluapur village in Talgram area here on Monday.

Pal had gone to the washroom after putting money in his trouser’s pocket, with which he intended to buy bricks that were kept outside.

 

 

But by the time he came out from washroom, he noticed that his pet had already chewed up 31 notes each worth Rs 2,000.

He had kept that amount worth Rs 66,000 in his pocket for the construction purpose of his home and now only two notes left but they were too in very bad condition.
