Etah: In a shocking incident, a woman gang raped by five of her relatives in Badhera village under Etah district in Uttar Pradesh today, police said.
According to a complaint filed by the woman, the accused gang raped her at a field yesterday.
An FIR has been registered against the five men, police said, adding the matter is being investigated.
No arrests have been made so far, they said.
Two persons allegedly gang raped 16-year-old mute girl:
In another related case from neghobouring state, two persons have been arrested for allegedly raping a 16-year-old mute girl in central Delhi’s Kamla Market area, police said today.
The incident took place on June 30 when the victim was returning home from a shop near her house in Kamla Market area, they said.
The girl was followed by the two accused and raped by them. The duo had locked the girl’s mother in a room to avoid getting caught, said a police officer.
A case was registered at Kamla Market police station, he said, adding the suspects-Fahim and Arshad-were arrested yesterday.
