Lucknow: In a shocking incident that was reported from Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh district today in which a Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) jawan breaks nose of retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer by hitting fist on his face.

According to sources, the entire case was reported from a bank ATM that was located in front of the PAC gate at Ramghat Road in Quarasi locality.

 

 

Some eye witnesses told media persons that the retired IAS officer Tulsi Gaur came in his car to take out money from ATM located near PAC Gate when this whole incident took place.

The PAC’s jawan expressed his objection over parking of vehicle near the gate of PAC this caused whole controversy over matter that was converted in heated argument and later into fight which was captured in CCTV footage.

But according to CCTV footage recording, the retired IAS officer was first can be seen slapping PAC jawan has been captured in the images. Later, frustrated jawan hits punch on the face of retired officer that resulted in his nose fracture.

Although, some police personnel tried to intercept into the matter between both the people and brought them to local police station but no result came out, now retired officer is getting treatment in Deen Dayal District Hospital.

According to doctors, he has fracture in his nose and the procedure has been done in the nasal bone of the retired IAS and he has been referred to JN Medical College for further treatment.

Tulsi Gaur is a retired IAS officer of 1980 batch. He has been posted in Aligarh as District Collector and apart from this he has contested recently concluded Uttar Pradesh State Assembly Election as an Independent Candidate.

On other hand, several officers including the DM and SSP, came to see him in the hospital. Now it will be interesting to see that what action against the PAC jawan will taken or the retired will face any action for slapping jawan on duty? As the PAC officer has filed an application against retired IAS for slapping him in Quarasi police station.
