New Delhi: This is for the first time that All India radio’s program ‘Mann Ki Baat’ tableau is going to be part of this year’s Republic Day celebration as it will be making debut in front of public during parade at Rajpath.
This tableau will also have pictures of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s program Mann Ki Baat’ that goes on-air at every weekend.
Now according to AIR statement, this tableau will also have many photographs of Mahatma Gandhi’s speech on radio after India and Pakistan got separated along with pictures of Modi’s program beside many others.
‘Mann Ki Baat’ tableau to be part of this year’s Republic Day parade:
If we go with media reports, there will be total number of 23 tableaus, out of which 14 will be represented by the States and Union Territories. The rest others will be from different Ministries and Departments of the Government of India.
According to the AIR officials, after considering this idea of representing ‘Mann Ki Baat’ tableau in May last year several deliberations were discussed and now in this year’s Republic Day parade we have managed to successfully fulfill it.
