New Delhi, June 12 (IANS) Former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram, who was on Tuesday questioned for the second time by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Aircel-Maxis deal case, reiterated that this was happening without any FIR being lodged or any offence alleged.
“Another round of questions by ED in Aircel-Maxis case. I remind myself that there is no FIR and no offence is alleged,” tweeted Chidambaram.
A Delhi court had extended, till July 10, the interim protection to the senior Congress leader from arrest in connection with the case, after directing him to join the probe whenever required.
