Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad on Thursday launched three “Mega” series smartphones in India, starting at Rs 3,999.
The new devices — Mega 5, Mega 5C and Mega 5M — are priced at Rs 6,999, Rs 4,499, Rs 3,999 respectively, the company said in a statement.
“India has been one of the largest markets for Coolpad, we are trying to expand the offline presence of the brand with the ‘Mega’ series products,” said Fisher Yuan, President, Coolpad Group and South Asia.
Mega 5 comes with 5.7-inch full vision HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It sports 13MP+0.3MP dual rear camera and 5MP of front camera.
Powered by MT6739 Mediatek quad core processor, it is coupled with 3GB RAM and internal storage of 32GB. It houses 3000mAh battery and runs Andriod 8.1 oreo OS.
Mega 5C is equipped with 5.45-inch full vision, HD+ display powered by 1.3 GHZ quad core processor. Mega 5M comes with a 5-inch HD display powered by 1.2 GHZ quad core processor.
Both “5C” and “5M” are coupled with 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 32GB.
