New Delhi: The honorable Chief Justice Of India, Ranjan Gogoi has scolded center over issue of Rafale deal and said that center should stop playing hide- and-seek with court.
The CJI said center counsel is saying that he wants to file a counter affidavit but is not telling that he is not filing affidavit for the Rafael issue.
The apex court rebuked center for Rafale as center has asked for some more time for counter affidavit and also requested to let off Tuesday hearing.

At this CJI Ranjan Gogoi said that he will pass orders over this and also rebuke and condemn Abhishek Sanghavi for not mentioning names over issue of violation of code of conduct by PM Modi and BJP chief Amit Shah. He said everybody is playing hide and seek with the Court.
Justice Gogoi said that center counsel is saying that he wants to file counter affidavit but he is not telling that he wants to file affidavit on Rafael and why is he asking for extra time. CJI says he should mention that he want to file a counter affidavit on Rafale.
Mr. Gogoi reprimanded Sanghavi saying why ishe not mentioning names of Amit Shah, PM Modi and he should stop all this as it is just like waiting of time.
