Lucknow: With sever heat waves prevailed in other parts of India, state Meteorological officials recorded Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh the hottest day of this summer on Tuesday with maximum temperature touching to 47.3 degree Celsius and minimum temperature at 27.5 degree Celsius recorded as highest in country.
Warning of heat wave with dry hot northwesterly winds coming from Rajasthan which is responsible for hot weather may wide spread in several parts of east UP along with central and west part of state.
The temperature rose to 4-5 degree Celsius above normal in most of the cities in UP and recorded as the hottest day of the season.
However, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that may be there are possibilities of rain and thundershowers in a few parts of east UP and isolated places in west UP.

This may drop by a level of degree but also same time makes weather humid and remains above 40 degree Celsius.
In other parts of India according to the website of the Indian Meteorological Department recorded severe heat wave conditions prevailed in other parts of India too.
Prayagraj experienced extremely hot condition for past 5 days but Tuesday city recorded drift over 47.3 degrees.
Likewise, markets and parks are deserted during day people move out only late evening if required commuters used umbrellas, caps, and scarf to beat the heat.
During Ramzan because of heat curfew it’s difficult to shop during the day so local people move late evening for shopping for preparation of Eid.
