It has been seven years since the disaster in Kedarnath Dham on 16 June 2013. Prime Minister Modi and the Trivendra Rawat government of the state have taken many big steps for the improvement of Dham.
As soon as Harish Rawat became the Chief Minister, the reconstruction work including disaster works increased in Kedarnath, while the BJP’s Trivendra Rawat government did a much better job under the direction of Prime Minister Modi there, which is still going on.
Seeing the devastation caused by the disaster of 16 June 2013 in Kedarghati, it was not possible that the journey would be started in the future. However, as reconstruction work has progressed in the last seven years, the number of people traveling in the valley has also increased.
