The Indian Army and Air Force have conducted a joint exercise in Leh amid tensions with China. Fighter and transport aircraft were involved. The purpose of the exercise was to increase coordination between the two armies. Sukhoi fighter aircraft and Chinook helicopters were involved in this exercise.
At present, the deployment of the Chinese army in the Galwan Valley, Pangong Lake area remains the same. Given this, India does not want to reduce its deployment at any level.
