CM Yogi is worried about the way corona cases are increasing rapidly in UP. His entire focus is on controlling the cases of Corona.
Yogi said that to defeat Corona, a detailed action plan will have to be done to limit the testing to one lakh per day.
In the Unlawak review meeting, Yogi said that in districts with more than 30 lakh population, 2000 tests should be done every day by rapid antigen method whereas in districts with less population one thousand tests should be done per day.
He said that 35 thousand tests should be done everyday by RTPCR method.
Instructing to take special precautions in Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj and Ballia, Yogi said that door to door screening programs should be conducted in these districts.
He asked the officials to periodically review testing kits, medicines, ventilators and other essential medical needs and take measures to fulfill them.
He said that the district administration should take necessary steps to convert private hospitals into covid hospitals.
He instructed to complete all the necessary procedures in this regard in a time bound manner.
He said that NCC cadets and civil defense people can be engaged to manage the settlement zone.
