People can now complain directly in the consumer forum in such a case. The Central Government has stated in the Consumer Protection Act 2019 that if a gas distributor violates the consumer’s rights, then action will be taken.
The new law clearly states that if the LPG cylinder ends prematurely, you complain to the distributor and if action is not taken, you will have the right to complain directly to the consumer forum. Action will be taken on such complaint within 1 month.
