Pradeep Gupta, the main accused of hijacking a bus filled with 34 passengers in Agra, has been arrested by the police after being shot in an encounter in the Fatehabad area. Pradeep has a bullet in his leg.
The CCTV footage revealed information about Pradeep’s involvement in the incident. Agra SSP Bablu Kumar said, “On Tuesday night, a bus full of passengers was hijacked by the miscreants from the southern bypass in Malpura region.”
Our police teams were engaged since yesterday to find the main accused Pradeep Gupta and his associates. Our teams were touring in Firozabad, Etawah. Criminals have been killed by the police this morning. In which the main accused Pradeep Gupta has been injured.
He is undergoing treatment. Another of his companions, Ayatendra Yadav, has managed to run towards the fields. He is being searched by the police team. The main accused is being questioned about him and his accomplices.
