The World Health Organization has warned that corona will wreak havoc in many parts of the world, including Europe, in the coming winter.
The organization said that during this period the number of people admitted to hospitals will increase and the death rate will also increase.
WHO’s regional director Henry Klug in Europe said, “In winter, young people will be much closer to the elderly population. We don’t want to make unnecessary predictions, but it is certainly feared.” During this time more people will be admitted to hospitals and the death rate will increase.
Henry Klug is said to focus on three main reasons in the coming months. These include the reopening of schools, the winter-cold season and more deaths of the elderly during the winter.
Due to these reasons there is a risk of infection becoming fatal. He said that the countries of the world should make preparations right now according to his warning.
