- UP Board Exam will also change the pattern of UP Board Exam from the year 2023.
- UP board’s high school and intermediate exams will now be held twice a year.
- Question paper in two parts, first paper of one hour with 30 multiple choice questions done on OMR sheet.
- Under the new National Education Policy these changes will be made.
Additional Chief Secretary of Secondary Education Department Aradhana Shukla said that all the students of the board will be given the opportunity to take two exams in a year. Students will be able to take the exam without any stress, while their tendency towards coaching will also be less. One time the exam will be held at its scheduled time and the second time will be for improving the result of the students. These changes will be made under the new National Education Policy. Arrangements will also be made to teach students from class nine to class 12 in English medium in government secondary schools. A section English medium will be opened in secondary schools.
UP board’s high school and intermediate exams will now be held twice a year. From the year 2023, this chance will be given to the board examinees. By having a board examination twice a year, students will get an opportunity to increase the number of subjects in which they have got less marks.
