No one should be deprived of Justice in Uttar Pradesh and to fulfil the same, technology should be used in solving each and every public problem, said the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister on Tuesday while giving instructions to the newly recruited Sub-Divisional Magistrates in the state.
Congratulating the newly recruited officers, the CM asserted “During the Janta Darshan programme, I have seen that most of the problems of the public are of tehsil and police station level. Most of you are Tech-savvy and with the use of technology you can solve the problems of the public thereby saving their time.”
In a programme organised at Lok Bhawan, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath handed over the appointment letters to the 51 newly selected Sub-Divisional Magistrates of PCS- 2019 examination.
On the fair and transparent recruitment process in Uttar Pradesh, the CM said “before 2017, the process of government jobs in Uttar Pradesh was vitiated. Casteism, nepotism was prevalent everywhere due to which the matter went into the court and the court then ordered CBI investigation. The youth of Uttar Pradesh got frustrated by it”.
After coming into power, our government has ended the predominating chaos and corruption in the boards and commissions, by expediting the process, conducting the recruitment with transparency and clarity, he added.
“Our government has given government jobs to more than 4.5 lakh youths in Uttar Pradesh and no recruitment is pending in court”, said Yogi Adityanath.
“There is no need for any external elements to interfere in the process of recruitment and our government made sure that the recruitment should be fair. The results are visible. We have given the appointment letters to those candidates who were selected before 2017, and we are also giving the appointment letter for the recruitment of 2021” stated the Chief Minister.
CM Yogi also guided the selected officers to fulfil their duty with sincerity. “No one should be deprived of justice, if we perform our duty with honesty and responsibility, then only we will be loyal to our service”.
Expressing satisfaction over the youths getting jobs in the new Uttar Pradesh, the CM said, “This is the same state where there was no investment. Our government worked for it, met many investors in the country but all of them refused to invest in UP because of the image established by the previous governments. We assured them about our policies, single window system, along the actions that have been taken against the criminals. As a result of which an investment of more than 4.68 lakh crores was made during the Investment Summit.”
“Today, whether it is a matter of law and order or covid management in the state, we are continuously succeeding because of pro-active policy,” said Yogi Adityanath.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma gave a message to the newly selected Deputy Collectors to be self-confident, to be reflective and to work above personal interests. The government has conducted the recruitment process with the policy of cleanliness, transparency and honesty.
Minister of Finance, Medical Education and Parliamentary Affairs Suresh Khanna instructed the newly selected officers to focus on work and make it productive.
