IT giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has given jobs to more than one lakh employees in the Financial Year 2021-22. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2021-22, TCS added over 35,000 employees, according to a BSE filing by TCS.

The results are resounding as in fourth quarter, RCS added 35,209 employees on a net basis, the highest ever net addition in a quarter, TCS said in the BSE filing while announcing its Q4 results.
Employee headcount stood at 5,92,195, a net addition of 1,03,546 during the year, another all-time high, according to data provided by TCS.
The workforce continues to be very diverse, comprising 153 nationalities and with women making up 35.6 per cent of the workforce, TCS stated.
