The Congress party is trying to save its government in Rajasthan. Meanwhile, Sachin Pilot, who is angry with Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, is still not accepted. On behalf of Sachin Pilot, three demands have been placed in front of the Congress high command and the Congress has agreed to two of them.
According to sources, there has been a demand from Sachin Pilot that he be made the Chief Minister, his colleagues should get an important place in the cabinet and Avinash Pandey should be removed from the post in-charge of Rajasthan.
Now Congress is ready to accept two of these demands, but the churning is still going on for the post of Chief Minister.
The high command has spoken to Sachin Pilot several times so far. The pilots are no longer willing to work with the Gehlot government. Sachin Pilot has been asked by the Congress to attend the legislature party meeting in Jaipur, but Pilot and his supporters are not accepting this.
