BJP Vice President Jay Panda took to social media to put out some shocking allegations on Bollywood stars. The politician didn’t name any star in his tweet but claimed that he has come across some shocking threads documenting personal and business links of some Bollywood personalities with certain Pakistanis and NRIs that have an undeniable track record of encouraging violence in Jammu & Kashmir.
Panda also spoke about the same in a recent interview and claimed that ISIS is using social media to promote violence and many people who are doing this are in contact with some Bollywood celebs.
He tweeted, “Came across shocking threads documenting personal & business links of some Bollywood personalities with certain Pakistanis & NRIs with undeniable track record encouraging violence in J&K, who have verifiable links to ISI & Pak army. I urge patriotic Bollywoodies to renounce them.”
In an interview with Times Now, he shared, “I think there has been a lot of reportage in the past about Bollywood’s links with mafias, with getting funding from the underworld. These underworld links and agencies having clear links with Pakistan, living in Pakistan. It was expected that there must have been some clean up by now but clearly not everything has been cleaned by. But now, India has been taking different kinds of attacks lined down for a long time, we are pushing back. I think these ISIS handlers are pushing for violence on social media and I think they get credibility as they are seen partying with Indian celebrities.”
“Whatever may be the past, at least from present, now that it is clear that they have a relationship with Pakistan, they should not continue it,” he added.
