The Government of India is running several programs to promote Indian industries. The department is going to organize an ‘Industry Manthan’ program for eight weeks to promote industry and internal trade under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
This is the first such industrial brainstorming exercise, under which a series of webinars will be organized in 45 different diverse areas. Also, through this, you will get a chance to talk to experts and people from different industries.
Vandana Kumar, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Commerce and Industry stated that ‘Under Industry Manthan, we are discussing productivity and quality issues in key sectors of Indian industry.
She added that we are hoping to establish well-established recommendations to improve productivity and quality in India.’
