Indian-American Pronita Gupta named Biden's special assistant on labor and employment

Pronita Gupta of Indian origin has been named Biden’s special assistant for labor and workers in the domestic policy council. Pronita was the director of the job quality team at the Center for Law and Special Policy (CLASP). She has decided to increase the quality of employment and strengthen security for the workers. Not only this, but they have also committed to increasing the economic security of low-income working families.

She has extensive and practical knowledge and experience in this regard. She has a passion for doing work efficiently and responsibly. Let us tell you that during the second term of former President Barack Obama, Pronita was the Deputy Director of Women’s Bureau in the US Ministry of Labor from April 2014 to January 2017. In this position, she worked to improve the standard of working for women. Prior to this, she worked as the Senior Director of Woman’s Donors Network. She has an MPA from Columbia University and a BA from Clock University.
