In a bizarre turn of events, a man in California has been sentenced to more than six years in prison after he reportedly broke into the house of three female students and used their laptops to download pornography before committing a sexual act.
While the download was on, the thief even helped himself to some refreshments, according to a Ladbible report.
Jonathan Jose Ruiz, 22, broke into the house in the city of Orange and downloaded some lewd material in a laptop that was recovered with semen on it.
He pleaded guilty in court and accepted a plea deal that was offered by Orange County Superior Court Judge Gary Pohlson. Jonathan was sentenced to six years and eight months imprisonment. The incident took place in October 2018.
According to Phil McMullin, of Orange Police Department, Jonathan not only entered the house and downloaded porn but also ate milk and cookies. Upon his arrest, he was found in possession of two pairs of underwear belonging to the college students living in the house he invaded.
The police was able to track him down using his DNA because it was already on file since Ruiz was convicted of vandalising the toilets at El Modena High School in Orange back in 2017, according to his court records.
During October 2017, Ruiz had pleaded guilty to counts of misdemeanor, vandalism and possession of graffiti devices.
