Twinkle Khanna is trying to help Covid-19 patients amid the current health pandemic due to the novel coronavirus. She has raised over Rs 92 lakh to procure oxygen concentrators and necessary medical supplies to channel them to hospitals across the country. Twinkle took to social media to announce the same.

WHAT DID TWINKLE KHANNA SAY?

In her post on Instagram, Twinkle Khanna expressed gratitude towards people who have donated to her campaign. She wrote, “With your help, we have raised more than Rs 92 lakh to get oxygen concentrators to Indian hospitals (sic).” Twinkle Khanna joined hands with Daivik Foundation and Annada to begin a fundraising campaign.

HOW IS TWINKLE KHANNA SPENDING TIME AT HOME DURING LOCKDOWN?

Besides being busy with her fundraising project, Twinkle Khanna is spending time reading at home. She recently took to her official Instagram account to share what she is reading. The actress-turned-writer also recommended those books to her fans and followers.

“Book recommendations-All short stories. From what I read or re-read recently. Get these for a brief respite and lose yourself within the comfort of printed pages. Get in Trouble-Kelly Link Men Without Women-Haruki Murakami Exhalation-Ted Chiang #bookrecommendations #ShortStories #bookworms (sic),” she wrote alongside her monochromatic picture.
