Tata Motors will launch 10 new battery electric vehicles (BEVs) in the market by the year 2025. Let us tell you that this electric car will be made only for India. Currently, the company is selling Tata Nexon EV in the Indian market. Apart from being very economical, this car is also capable of giving a good range in a single charge.

The company’s chairman N Chandrasekaran said the move is aimed at making the business model more sustainable. Tata Motors is looking for partnerships with companies in cell and battery manufacturing in India as well as Europe to ensure supply for its portfolio of green vehicles.

The automaker has sold over 4,000 units of the Nexon EV since its launch last year. It is clear from this that the company’s electric car is being liked a lot in India. Seeing the increasing demand for this electric car, the company has decided to expand its electric car portfolio in the country.
