Prepaid customers in India will no longer get the benefits of SMS in low-cost prepaid recharge plans. All network provider companies including Vodafone Idea, Jio, Airtel have decided to change the prepaid recharge pack priced below Rs 100. Before this change, network provider companies used to give other benefits including data, voice calling and SMS even with their initial plans. But after the new changes, bundled SMS have been removed from these plans. All telecom providers have taken this new step.
You can look for entry-level recharge packs from Vodafone Idea, Airtel and Jio, where SMS offers are not included for less than Rs 100. While Airtel and Jio offer only a few plans under Rs 100 in the country, Vodafone Idea offers many prepaid plans.
Vodafone Idea’s Rs 95 prepaid recharge plan: In Vodafone Idea’s Rs 95 prepaid recharge plan, customers get talk time of Rs 74. Talking about the internet, 200 MB data is available in this plan. Talking about the validity, the validity of this plan is 56 days.
Airtel’s Rs 79 prepaid recharge plan: In Airtel’s Rs 79 prepaid recharge plan, customers get Rs 64 talk time. Talking about the internet, 200MB data is available in this plan. Talking about the validity, the validity of this plan is 28 days.
Jio’s Rs 98 prepaid recharge plan: In Jio’s Rs 98 prepaid recharge plan, customers get unlimited voice calling. Talking about the internet, 1.5GB data is available daily in this plan. Internet runs at a speed of 64Kbps after the high speed data limit is over. Talking about the validity, the validity of this plan is 14 days. Talking about other benefits, it gives free access to Jio apps.
