The owner of a Greater Noida-based food delivery service was allegedly shot dead by two men on Saturday after he refused to serve them food during the night curfew hours (11 pm to 5 am). The accused have been arrested.
According to the police, the deceased has been identified as Kapil. He was a 27-year-old resident of Hapur and used to run an eatery in Noida. The police said that the accused men got enraged after Kapil denied them parathas post midnight.

They returned to the food joint at around 3.30 am with a gun and shot Kapil before fleeing from the site, the police said.
The police received information that a man had been shot near Pari Chowk late at night. He suffered a bullet injury and was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the accused, identified as Aakash and Yogendra, have been arrested. They will be sent to judicial custody. The two men have been frequenting the eatery concerned for the past three years.
An FIR has been lodged against the accused under sections 302 (murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code.
