After much delay, TVS Motor Company will reveal its updated flagship Apache RR 310 for India on August 30, 2021. Over the years, TVS constantly updated its most popular Apache with a refined engine, better handling, and the latest features to keep it a hot-seller on the market. With the 2021 update, TVS hopes to up its ante and offer a much improved and evenhanded product. The last update came back in early 2020. However, with the new edition, the Apache RR 310 is said to have evolved with considerable updates to its aesthetics, as well as mechanically. Let’s take a look at what these changes could be.
Now, the biggest change on the 2021 TVS Apache RR 310 would be the addition of adjustable front suspension, and a switch to TVS Protorq Extreme tyres instead of the Michelin Road5 used previously. Other than this, the 2021 Apache RR 310 will also see slight alteration to its riding position, which could become more aggressive than before. However, we will have to wait till we hit the tracks at MMRT in Chennai on August 31, 2021 to know more about this. Power will continue to be sourced from the BS6 312cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine pushing out 34bhp and 27Nm of peak torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
Additionally, we expect TVS to add a few more tweaks here and there to give it a more pronounced and bolder look than before. As far as the pricing goes, expect TVS to retail the 2021 TVS Apache RR 310 at around 2.65 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The deliveries of the 2021 TVS Apache RR 310 will commence soon after the launch at the end of the month.
