In the latest development, OnePlus has revealed that the company will be merging many of its teams with Oppo to bring better products to their customers. OnePlus had already merged its hardware R&D team with Oppo at the beginning of this year. Seeing the benefits of the merger, the two companies are further deepening this merger.
However, despite multiple OnePlus and Oppo teams merging together, OnePlus will continue to operate independently as a brand. This means OnePlus will continue to have a different product lineup than Oppo.
