The Hayabusa sold in the Philippines is the same as the one sold in India. It sports a refreshed design that does not stray away entirely from the older model. Instead, the 2021 Hayabusa is now more angular than before and features full-LED lighting for the headlamp, turn signals, and tail lamp. Apart from the exterior, Suzuki has also worked on improving the chassis to reduce weight and also distribute it equally at both ends.

As for the powertrain, the 2021 Hayabusa uses the 1340cc, inline-four cylinder engine that churns out 188bhp and 150Nm. It comes mated to a six-speed gearbox and a two-way quick shifter. In terms of features, Suzuki has equipped the Hayabusa with an exhaustive list of electronic rider aids like a six-axis IMU, ride-by-wire throttle, ABS, five riding modes, launch control, and cruise control. It also gets a traction control system, engine brake control, anti-lift control, as well as a low RPM assist function, an active speed limiter and hill/slope control.

While the motorcycle is yet to reach Philippines dealerships, the deliveries of the 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa have already commenced in India.
