Israel’s health minister cancelled the mandatory wearing of face masks in the open-air in April this year.According to Sputnk, Israel started vaccinating its population against the COVID-19 on December 20 last year and the country has seen one of the most rapid vaccine rollouts of anywhere in the world. Israel had overall registered 8,39,000 COVID-19 cases and 6,392 deaths.
New Zealand
Thanks to its Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s good governance during the pandemic, New Zealand has gone mask-free now.In New Zealand, people need to wear the mask at just two locations: public transport and flights.
Bhutan
Bhutan vaccinated more than 90 percent of its adult population in just two weeks. The country is now mask-free.
Hawaii
Hawaii is no longer requiring people to wear face masks outdoors as the number of coronavirus cases drops and more people get vaccinated.Gov. David Ige said Tuesday that he will maintain a requirement that people wear masks indoors, whether or not someone is vaccinated.
USA
Fully vaccinated people in US no longer need to wear a face mask or stay 6 feet away from others in most settings, whether outdoors or indoors, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said.There are a handful of instances where people will still need to wear masks — in a health-care setting or at a business that requires them. Fully vaccinated people will also still need to wear masks on airplanes, buses, trains and other public transportation.
China
The country from where COVID-19 began is nearly mask-free with almost everyone vaccinated. Although masking up was once required at all public venues, authorities now say people don’t need to do so while outdoors, at public gatherings or when they’re in places that have good air circulation. Still, people are subjected to mandatory mask-wearing rules nationwide at hospitals and transport hubs.
