According to Afghanistan’s Tolo News, the governor of Ghazni province, Dawood Laghmani, and his associates have been arrested. The arrest has been confirmed by the Afghan Interior Ministry. When the Taliban had captured half of Ghazni province, Dawood left for Kabul. During this time he was arrested.
