‘Not affiliated with Pakistan organizations’: Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen claims

The Taliban, which is occupying cities one by one in Afghanistan, has clarified the relationship with Pakistani terrorist groups. Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen said that it has no connection with the terrorist organizations Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed growing in Pakistan. Suhail Shaheen claimed that organizations like Lashkar, Jaish-e-Mohammed will not be allowed to use the soil of Afghanistan against other countries.

During an interview, Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen has said that he has no affiliation with organizations in Pakistan. Reports that surfaced a few days ago claimed that Pakistan’s terrorists and intelligence agencies are fighting a war with the Taliban. It was also claimed that Taliban fighters are being trained in Hyderabad, Pakistan.

These reports were bolstered by a statement by Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, in which he pointed to a connection between Pakistan and the Taliban. He even told the Taliban that if they loved Afghanistan, they would not accept the Durand Line. This boundary was drawn by Britain between the two countries, which Kabul does not accept.
